Ben has worked with young people for 19 years with a wide range of experience including residential children's home management, leaving care, youth justice and gang crime and youth homelessness. This includes management and senior management roles and was founder of a previous award winning charity.

Ben has supported other charities and social enterprises in their development and is a fellow of the school for social entrepreneurs and The RSA (Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) and member of the Institute of Fundraising (MInstF) Ben also undertakes consultancy for other charities and social enterprises.
Ben is a huge advocate for young people, work experience and community development and sits on other boards of charities to be voice for the third sector and encourage better partnership working, innovation and cross sector social solutions.
Stephen is a trainer, diversity consultant and guest lecturers well as being an inclusive sports coach.
Having worked in business management, local government and sports development Steve is ideally placed to deliver our courses, projects and activities. His sporting background, coaching from grassroots to elite level, gives him perspective when delivering workshops such as 'How authentic leaders use a sporting mindset to build effective teams'
Equally his experience in business and local government, particularly his work with BME communities, homelessness, people with disabilities and mental health enables him to deliver equality, diversity and inclusion - mental health & wellbeing in the workplace workshop.
